Catalyzer's methanol synthesis catalyst is suitable for methanol synthesis process with coal gas, natural gas, coke oven gas feedstock. It is direct drop-in replacement of Clariant Megamax-900

It has a broad applicability and is easy to operate due to its ease of reduction. With minimal pressure drop during production operation, it contributes to increasing the methanol plant's capacity. Catalyzer HJ-323 is latest generation of methanol synthesis catalysts. 

Compared to our competitors, HJ-323 has an optimized formulation, and is manufactured using a new, innovative production technique. This leads to a superior microstructure with increased physical robustness and more active sites. Consequently, the new methanol synthesis catalyst shows a significantly higher activity and a longer lifetime.

The higher activity leads to an increased conversion rate, especially when operating at lower temperatures and lower loop pressure, thus providing higher lifetime productivity, less energy consumption, and a lower CO2 footprint.
